A little more about this podcast.

Hospice Explained is the name of my Podcast, I’m an RN and this is my passion project.

My goal and hope is to bring education and comfort through language that is commonly understood. I also want to use relatable stories to get each listener to understand what does Hospice really mean.

I will teach the definition, the philosophy, the principles, the process of symptom management and the use of available resources. My hope is — that the end of life will not be so mysterious and frightening but instead embraced. That each of you can look back and find joy and fulfillment as you travel with someone you love down this road.

This podcast is for everyone.
One day, each one of us may find that we are caring for someone we love during that person’s end of life season.

Or we have gone through it and this podcast can help you heal as you understand more clearly what actually took place.
